We guarantee that all our toys meet our high standards. Our expectation is that all toys sold at Uncle Buddy's Toy Stash are in perfect condition and will function as advertised by the manufacturer.
Please select toys that are age-appropriate and be sure that kids are supervised while playing with toys. Toys should be enjoyed as they were intended to be used. If a purchased item is defective or cannot be utilized as advertised, we want to be notified so we can address the issue and remedy the problem. We work closely with our wholesale partners, and we expect them to stand behind all of their products.
We offer a 30 day return policy on products purchased from Uncle Buddy's Toy Stash. Products that are in “as-new” condition may be returned with proof of purchase for a refund, or for store credit if the item was a gift or if the original receipt is not available.
Items and packaging must be in perfect condition, and suitable to be sold to another customer.
All tags must be attached, books may not be creased, and items must be clean with no sign of wear. Store personnel will inspect all returns and determine if the item can be accepted as a return.
Items that are no longer active in our system cannot be returned. Items are removed from our system when the return period has expired. Items that are no longer listed in our system were last sold more than 30 days ago or sold on clearance. Clearance Items are deactivated as soon as they are gone.
In-Store Returns: Please bring returns directly to the store.
Online Returns: Online purchases can be returned following the same guidelines as in-store returns for identification and tracking. Returns from online orders can be returned to Uncle Buddy's Toy Stash, or mailed to our store. Shipping fees on returns are non-refundable. Credits for the receipt value of the returned item will be refunded to the original purchaser, or applied as store credit under the name of the gift recipient. Refunds or Store Credit will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds
With receipt, refunds are available to customers who bring back returnable items (see above) within 30 days of purchase. If you've created an account, your sales history can be looked up so you won’t need the printed receipt for returns. The value of the refund is determined by the amount recorded on the purchase receipt.
Credit / Debit Card Purchases – Refund will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. Card must be present to process refund and proof of identity is required.
Cash Purchases – The maximum cash refund we offer is $40.00. Balances may be refunded to a credit card or by a company check that will be mailed within 10 business days. If cash refunds are requested on the same day as the purchase, full cash refunds may be authorized with manager approval. These precautions are in place to prevent fraud. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Exchange or Credit – Without a receipt or with a gift receipt, we offer exchange or store credit only for returnable items (see above). The value of the return will be determined by the current price listed in our computer system at the time of the return.
Items that are on Clearance or designated as a Gift-with-Purchase may not be exchanged or returned.
If an item is no longer active in our computer system it cannot be returned.
Defective Items - All Uncle Buddy Toy Stash items are guaranteed by our suppliers to be in perfect working condition when new. If an item is defective, or does not work as advertised, we will take it back for a refund or exchange, per our Return Policy guidelines. We may also work with our wholesale suppliers to replace defective items.
If a clearance item is defective, see store manager for remedy.
Replacement Parts – Some manufacturers require consumers to contact them directly to get replacement parts and they do not permit the retailer to replace the entire item. For these items, we regret that we cannot take back returns. We will always help customers to get a resolve from our manufacturers.
